Azalea shades for the McKim Medal Gala
Last June an iridescent Azalea, the seasonal colour for the spring-summer 2023 Society Limonta, lit up the McKim Medal gala, the annual award honouring personalities who contributed to changing arts, humanities and cultures founded by the American Academy in Rome
This year, the award winner was Massimo Bottura, the world- renowned Italian chef who dined with a selected group of guests on a TAB linen tablecloth in Azalea, in the elegant setting of Villa Aurelia. As the sun went down and the lights came up, the over fifty tablecloths by Society Limonta decorated a table setting difficult to forget.
